按客户工艺生产的出口LED灯 为何连续遭国外退运？

按照客户提供的工艺生产的产品，却依旧遭遇到了退运，近日，湖州一家企业就遇到了这样一件尴尬的事情。 记者从湖州检验检疫局了解到，湖州某企业一批出口韩国的LED灯具因产品质量不合格被退运回国，货值118万元人民币。该企业未经验证直接按照韩国客户提供的工艺进行生产，采用排针电焊方法制造LED吸顶灯线路板，结果在运输过程中因震动导致部分灯具焊接松动，LED吸顶灯使用时不亮，遭到韩国客户的退运。
